π§βπΌ Role Purpose
The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of supply chain activities within the Programme Unit. The role ensures effective programme delivery, operational efficiency, and full compliance with donor requirements and Plan International policies and procedures.
This position plays a critical role in procurement, fleet management, asset control, supplier payments, and safety and security coordination.
π¦ Key Responsibilities
π Supply Chain & Procurement

Manage Programme Unit procurement activities in line with Plan International policies

Implement and monitor Supply Chain policies and procedures

Conduct effective procurement planning and tracking

Ensure transparent and compliant sourcing of goods, works, and services
π Fleet, Assets & Logistics
-
Coordinate fleet management activities and vehicle utilisation
-
Maintain and update the property and fixed asset register
-
Ensure proper asset control, tracking, and reporting
π³ Financial & Supplier Management

Ensure timely supplier payments for goods, consultancy services, works, and contracts

Coordinate closely with finance teams to avoid payment delays
π Safety, Security & Compliance

Support safety and security management at Programme Unit level

Ensure supply chain operations align with safeguarding, risk management, and compliance standards
π Qualifications, Skills & Experience
π Education
-
Relevant qualification in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
π§ Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes

Experience with procurement planning and tracking

Fleet and asset management knowledge
-
Ability to manage supplier relationships and service delivery

Strong organisational and coordination skills
-
Attention to detail and high compliance awareness

Ability to work in a humanitarian or development environment
