The Logistic Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative, logistics, and operational support to Fidelity ADT Gauteng. This role is responsible for requisition processing, stock control, store-room management, basic technical support, fleet coordination, and ensuring adherence to budgetary controls.

The successful candidate will work closely with finance, procurement, technicians, and area managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and uninterrupted service delivery.


πŸ› οΈ Key Responsibilities

πŸ“‹ Administrative & Logistics Support

  • Create and submit requisition orders in line with company procedures

  • Receipt and process invoices accurately

  • Follow up on orders with Finance, Procurement, and Suppliers

  • Create and manage CAPEX requests

  • Maintain organised filing systems for audits and compliance

  • Ensure monthly and annual guarding budgets are monitored and not exceeded

  • Provide weekly feedback and reports to Area Managers

πŸ†” Guarding Administration

  • Design, create, and laminate ID cards for guards

  • Prepare and laminate guard hut SOPs and name tags for sites

  • Assist with administrative support related to guarding operations

πŸš— Fleet & Vehicle Management

  • Conduct weekly spare vehicle checks

  • Monitor vehicle availability and report operational issues


🏬 Store-Room Management

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store room

  • Ensure availability of guarding stock including:

    • Operational buttons (OB)

    • Access control items

    • Cleaning materials

  • Pack emergency uniforms and uniforms for new guards as per requisitions

  • Dispose of obsolete or damaged equipment and uniforms responsibly

  • Maintain accurate records of all uniforms and site equipment issued and returned


πŸ”§ Technical & Site Support

  • Install panic buttons where required

  • Perform general repair work on guard houses

  • Conduct signage installations and repairs

  • Carry out basic electrical repairs

  • Repair bicycles used on sites

  • Attend to general site repairs and alarm fixes where required


πŸŽ“ Qualifications & Experience

πŸ“š Education

  • Grade 12 (Matric) – Required

🧾 Experience

  • Previous experience in logistics, administration, or store-room management advantageous

  • Exposure to security operations or a similar environment will be beneficial
