Job Overview

The Project Manager will lead and coordinate the human-in-the-loop annotation program that supports AI model development and evaluation.

This role bridges Operations, Science, Engineering, and Business teams to ensure high-quality training data delivery, process optimisation, and cross-functional alignment. The successful candidate will manage medium to large-scale projects, drive data quality improvements, and enable scalable annotation workflows that power trusted AI-generated customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

🤖 AI Model Development & Data Quality

Manage Annotators and Auditors to deliver high-quality training data.
Forecast project pipelines and align resource planning.
Translate business requirements into clear annotation guidelines.
Maintain data accuracy, efficiency, and operational performance.

📊 Process Improvement & Data Analysis

Identify process improvement opportunities using metrics and analytics.
Conduct deep dives to determine root causes and implement scalable solutions.
Drive operational KPIs through quantitative decision-making.
Serve as a subject matter expert for annotation workflows.

🔄 Cross-Functional Project Management

Act as the primary liaison between Operations, Science, Engineering, and Business teams.
Manage medium to large-scale cross-functional projects.
Prioritise workflows and maintain stakeholder alignment.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications

🎓 Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (preferred).

💼 Experience

Proven experience in program or project management.
Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
Experience driving end-to-end project delivery.
Familiarity with annotation workflows, RLHF labeling standards, or AI evaluation processes (advantageous).
Experience with project scheduling, resource planning, and capacity forecasting.
