Job Overview
The SARB Graduate Development Programme is a one-year programme designed for talented postgraduate graduates who are interested in building a career in central banking, financial services, and policy development.
Participants will work at the SARB Head Office and gain exposure to various departments while contributing to projects and tasks that support the bankโs core functions. During the programme, graduates will attend learning interventions at the SARB Academy, where they will receive training in central banking, financial systems, and professional development.
Top-performing graduates may be offered permanent positions at the SARB after completing the programme.
