Job Overview
The President Hotel is seeking a creative and highly organized Hotel Marketing Assistant to support the planning and execution of brand and marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on Food & Beverage marketing.
This permanent role is ideal for professionals with experience in hospitality, hotel, lifestyle, or agency marketing, who enjoy working across digital, content, events, PR, and brand support functions.
The successful candidate will help maintain brand consistency, support digital campaigns, coordinate events, and assist with guest-focused marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Support
- Support approved brand and marketing initiatives
- Assist with revenue-driven marketing activities
- Prepare campaign reports and presentations
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Support marketing budgets and admin processes
- Assist with branded print production
- Coordinate seasonal and promotional campaigns
- Schedule meetings and manage action follow-ups
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
- Support social media content planning and scheduling
- Manage updates across digital channels
- Coordinate with agencies for website updates
- Monitor online reviews and reputation platforms
- Track website traffic and campaign engagement
- Ensure website content accuracy
Content Creation & Brand Management
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Create content for:
- social media
- newsletters
- blogs
- promotional materials
- Update in-hotel digital screens
- Support production of collateral such as:
- menus
- brochures
- signage
- in-room materials
Advertising, PR & Events
- Support digital and print advertising activities
- Coordinate trade listings and schedules
- Assist with press releases
- Support hotel photoshoots
- Coordinate media and influencer relationships
- Support local and international events and trade shows
Qualifications
Education
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in:
- marketing
- communications
- brand support
- Hospitality, hotel, or agency experience preferred
- Food & Beverage marketing exposure preferred
Skills
- Social media and digital marketing
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Google Analytics understanding
- Copywriting and proofreading
- CRM systems proficiency
