Job Overview
Resolv Global is looking for a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant/Administration Assistant to support the Home Manager with daily administrative, reception, and coordination tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, interacting with people, and contributing to a well-run and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative and reception support to the Home Manager
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff
- Ensure all visitors comply with health and infection control procedures
- Coordinate testing requirements and manage related documentation
- Organize couriers and handle general administrative tasks
- Assist with basic finance-related administrative duties
- Support planning and coordination of events and activities
- Help organize celebrations such as birthdays, staff events, and community activities
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front-office environment
Qualifications
Education
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
Experience
- Previous experience in administration, reception, or personal assistant roles
- Experience in a healthcare or residential environment (advantageous)
Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Basic administrative and coordination skills
