Job Overview

ProProcess is seeking a skilled Internal Recruitment Coordinator to take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle across the organisation. This role focuses heavily on sourcing and placing technical engineering specialists while also supporting broader hiring needs.

The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the company’s talent pipeline, enhancing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. You will act as a brand ambassador in the talent market while driving efficient and effective recruitment practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and update accurate job specifications
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Proactively source candidates through headhunting, job boards, and social platforms
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Screen applications and conduct initial candidate assessments
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • Handle recruitment administration, including interview scheduling and offer preparation
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records in line with company policies and labour laws
  • Identify and manage recruitment tools and platforms to improve hiring efficiency

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment
  • Proven experience recruiting technical engineering and managerial roles
  • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle

Skills:

  • Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with recruitment systems and tools
