Job Overview
Fidelity Services Group is looking for a detail-oriented HR Administrator to support the Human Capital Division. This role focuses on providing efficient administrative and coordination support across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, able to manage confidential information, and capable of supporting smooth HR operations within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across HR functions including recruitment and onboarding
- Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure effective communication
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documentation and correspondence
- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, leave records, and timesheets
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and compliant
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives
- Respond to employee queries and escalate issues where necessary
- Support the development of office procedures and systems
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
Education:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Administration
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar HR Administrator role
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
