Job Overview
LIONLEAD Real Estate is looking for a highly organised and execution-focused Operations Manager to become the operational backbone of the business. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building systems, documenting processes, and driving accountability across teams.
The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and branch managers to translate strategic vision into actionable projects, establish standard operating procedures, and create scalable operational systems that support branch expansion and franchise development.
This is an ideal opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys creating structure where none currently exists.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Execution & Project Management
- Translate business strategy into clear project plans, milestones, and deadlines
- Manage key strategic projects from initiation to completion
- Run weekly and monthly strategy check-ins with leadership
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and operational blockers early
- Drive project execution across branch launches and growth initiatives
SOP Development & Documentation
- Audit all business processes across operations
- Document workflows from onboarding to commission payouts
- Build a comprehensive SOP library
- Develop branch operational playbooks
- Create templates and frameworks to reduce key-person dependency
Accountability & Performance Management
- Track branch manager KPIs and performance targets
- Build dashboards and scorecards for real-time reporting
- Conduct monthly performance reviews
- Escalate underperformance with recommendations
- Monitor equity partner vesting milestones
Franchise Development Support
- Manage inbound franchise enquiries
- Qualify prospects and schedule CEO meetings
- Maintain pipeline tracking and systematic follow-ups
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and pitch materials
Operational Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Recommend systems such as CRM, project management, and accounting tools
- Coordinate communication across branches
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management, business operations, or project management
- Strong project management capability
- Experience creating SOPs and business documentation
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills
- Experience with tools such as:
- Asana
- Monday.com
- Similar project platforms
