Job Overview
The Mid Digital Integrated Designer will manage digital and social content projects from concept through to final delivery. Working closely with clients, you will create engaging designs that align with brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas and creative thinking to every project.
This role is ideal for a designer with strong experience in digital design, social content and branding who enjoys working across multiple platforms. You will contribute to the development of creative campaigns, manage multiple projects and help ensure all work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver creative digital concepts based on client briefs
- Produce high-quality content from initial idea through to final completion
- Create social media content, digital banners, web graphics and branded assets
- Repurpose and reformat existing content for different platforms and campaigns
- Present and pitch new creative concepts to clients and internal teams
- Manage the day-to-day progress of multiple design projects
- Ensure all work aligns with client brand guidelines and expectations
- Research industry trends, digital marketing developments and competitor brands
- Lead creative discussions and contribute new ideas to campaigns
- Produce work across online banners, social media, web design and user interface design
- Storyboard concepts for animations and motion content
- Support digital creative production across social, UX, motion and storytelling channels
- Challenge and improve creative briefs to produce stronger campaign results
- Work within project deadlines, budgets and quality standards
Qualifications
Education
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication or a related field
Experience
- Minimum of 5 yearsβ experience in digital design, integrated design or a similar creative role
- Experience managing projects for high-profile brands or clients
- Proven experience creating content for digital, social and web-based platforms
Skills
- Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills
- Excellent creative thinking, art direction and concept development ability
- Strong typography, layout and visual storytelling skills
- Excellent project management and multitasking ability
- Strong understanding of responsive design and digital platforms
- Knowledge of UX principles and social media trends
- Ability to communicate ideas confidently to both clients and teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
