Job Overview

Citi South Africa is recruiting graduates for its 2026 Custody Learnership Graduate Programme in Johannesburg. This 12-month programme gives newly qualified graduates the opportunity to gain practical experience within the Investor Services – Custody team.

Participants will receive structured training, practical exposure and mentorship while learning about the financial services industry. The programme is designed for graduates who want to build a career in banking, investment services and global finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the year-long Investor Services – Custody learnership programme.
• Gain exposure to daily banking and custody operations.

Qualifications

Education
