Job Overview

The Bridgestone Graduate Programme 2026 is designed for recent graduates who want to launch their careers in the automotive and manufacturing industry. The programme provides practical experience, coaching and exposure to real business projects.

Graduates will work with experienced professionals while developing technical, communication and problem-solving skills. The programme is available at Bridgestone offices in Midrand, Otraco and Brits and offers exposure to different areas of the business.
