Job Overview

The Shared Beauty Advisor role at Foschini (Elizabeth Arden) in Richards Bay is focused on driving beauty sales, delivering premium customer service, and maintaining strong product presentation standards.

You will represent a global cosmetics brand within a retail environment, engaging directly with customers to recommend skincare and beauty solutions while achieving store sales targets and supporting daily operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve store turnover targets, new accounts, and loyalty/rewards goals
• Deliver high-quality customer service and personalised beauty advice
• Promote and sell cosmetics products effectively to meet sales targets
• Perform daily stock counts and assist with stock control procedures
• Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with brand guidelines
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing
• Complete daily administrative and reporting tasks accurately
• Support promotional campaigns and in-store activations
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases
• Ensure compliance with store policies and operational procedures

Qualifications

Education

• Beauty-related qualification advantageous

Experience

• 2–3 years retail experience
• 1–2 years cosmetics or beauty industry experience preferred
