Job Overview

The Clicks TVET Internship Programme is designed for students who have completed their N6 qualification in business-related fields and require practical workplace experience (in-service training) to obtain their diploma.

Interns will be placed in Clicks retail stores, where they will gain hands-on exposure to retail operations, customer service, and business processes. Over the 18-month programme, participants will develop essential workplace skills while working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and administrative tasks
• Provide customer service and support in-store activities
• Gain exposure to retail processes such as merchandising and stock control
• Support team members in achieving store objectives
• Maintain accurate records and complete assigned tasks
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
• Participate in training and development activities

Qualifications

Education:

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
• Completed N6 Certificate in Business-Related Courses

Experience:

• No prior work experience required (designed for TVET graduates)

Requirements:

• Must be unemployed
• Must be able to commit to the full 18-month programme
• Must be a South African citizen
• Age between 18 – 29 years
• Must be willing to travel to assigned store locations
