Job Overview

PayTech is seeking a Training Consultant to support the rollout of a new prepaid card and payment system. The role focuses on onboarding and training business clients, ensuring smooth migration and adoption of the platform.

You will work closely with stakeholders such as business owners, financial directors, and executives, delivering tailored training and ensuring a seamless transition to the new system.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions (individual and group) on system features and functionality
• Manage the full client migration lifecycle from onboarding to post-implementation support
• Engage and build relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers
• Provide first-line support and troubleshoot migration-related issues
• Gather feedback to improve onboarding and user experience
• Maintain accurate records of client engagement and training progress
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and service delivery

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Business, Technology, or a related field
• Master’s degree is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in customer training, onboarding, or technical support roles
• Background in banking, fintech, or digital payment environments
• Proven experience working with corporate clients and senior stakeholders
• Experience in system migrations or implementation projects is beneficial

Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
• Knowledge of payment systems and financial technologies
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
