Job Overview
The ARAS ESG Reporting and Assurance Graduate Programme 2027 is a structured 36-month programme designed for graduates interested in sustainability reporting, ESG assurance, environmental reporting, and advisory services.
Graduates will work alongside engagement teams supporting ESG reporting and assurance projects for clients across different industries. The programme provides exposure to sustainability frameworks, assurance testing, data analytics, client engagement, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities
ESG Reporting & Assurance Support
- Support engagement teams with ESG reporting and assurance services
- Participate in assurance activities at client sites
- Assist with sustainability reporting and compliance processes
Site Visits & Evidence Gathering
- Conduct site visits to gather supporting evidence
- Engage with clients to understand reporting processes and operational activities
- Collect and document ESG-related information accurately
Testing & Data Analysis
- Perform testing procedures including inspection, observation, recalculation, and reperformance
- Assist with advanced data analytics activities
- Analyse ESG and sustainability reporting information
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare written reports on identified findings and recommendations
- Assist with preparation of presentations and client discussion documents
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting records
Stakeholder & Team Support
- Communicate task progress with managers and senior team members
- Support client engagements and follow-up activities
- Identify opportunities for additional client support services
Qualifications
Education
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate qualification in:
- Economics
- Finance
- Accounting
- Chemical Engineering
- Environmental Management
- Environmental Science
- Social Sciences
- Geography
- Geology
- Or related fields
Experience
- No formal work experience required
- Academic exposure to sustainability, ESG, or reporting principles will be advantageous
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:
