📌 About the CCBSA Pivotal Programme
This 12-month or 18-month learnership is designed to provide unemployed South African youth with the opportunity to gain industry-related experience and skills. You’ll receive structured learning, hands-on training, and a nationally recognized qualification—setting you up for success in the workforce!
✅ Who Can Apply?
To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:
✔️ South African Citizen aged 18 – 35 🇿🇦
✔️ Meet Employment Equity requirements (preferred)
✔️ Grade 12 with Maths or Maths Literacy (minimum 40%)
✔️ Proficiency in English and another South African language (minimum 40%)
✔️ Post-Matric Qualification (required for certain areas) 🎓
✔️ Driver’s License (advantageous for certain roles) 🚗
✔️ Unemployed & NOT previously completed a similar learnership at another company
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Sign and complete a 12-month or 18-month learnership contract 📝
🔹 Participate in theoretical & practical training 📚
🔹 Gain real-world experience with CCBSA’s operations 🚀
