Senior Clerk – Debtors Department – Centurion
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Clerk to join our Debtors Department in Centurion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial records and ensuring smooth operations within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage Debtors’ accounts by overseeing invoicing, payments, and collections.
✔ Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
✔ Liaise with clients and resolve any queries or issues regarding payments.
✔ Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
✔ Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation during internal and external reviews.
✔ Support the Debtors team by organizing and coordinating day-to-day activities.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar administrative role.
✔ Strong understanding of financial processes and debt collection.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
✔ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
✔ Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
