Senior Clerk – Debtors Department – Centurion
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Clerk to join our Debtors Department in Centurion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial records and ensuring smooth operations within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Debtors’ accounts by overseeing invoicing, payments, and collections.
Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Liaise with clients and resolve any queries or issues regarding payments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation during internal and external reviews.
Support the Debtors team by organizing and coordinating day-to-day activities.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar administrative role.
Strong understanding of financial processes and debt collection.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
✔ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
✔ Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
