🔧 Key Responsibilities:

🧑💻 Process warranty claims in accordance with Fourways and dealership policies, ensuring smooth customer service.
-
🔄 Liaise with internal teams (service department and Fourways staff) to resolve costing and warranty-related issues.
-
📂 Campaign Coordinator: Download relevant campaign info and pass it on to the service manager for warranty processing.
-
📋 Warranty Claims Processing: Oversee all stages, including quality control and submission of claims.
-
✔️ Gatekeeping Processes: Manage checks before repair commencement, quality checks, and the final costing process.

🔄 Return defective parts to manufacturers as needed.
🎓 Experience & Qualifications:
-
📜 Higher Certificates and/or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates (NQF Level).
-
🚗 Valid Driver’s License.
-
💻 Computer Literacy is essential.
-
🧳 Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar environment.

💡 Knowledge of OEM Warranty and Costing policies and procedures.

🖥️ Familiarity with OEM and Lindsay Saker operating systems (Drive).
