SanlamConnect & Succession Financial Planning (SFP): SFP, a subsidiary of Sanlam Group, is dedicated to providing holistic financial planning and supporting Registered Financial Advisers (RFAs). The goal is to grow professional practices and foster long-term relationships with clients.
What Will You Do? As a Business Administration Consultant at Sanlam, you will be responsible for implementing key initiatives within the broker’s practice. Your role will include:
✅ Promote SFP technology programs
✅ Implement SFP planning and advice tools
✅ Support SFP compliance administration
✅ Facilitate business partnerships between brokers and SFP
✅ Identify and drive profitable growth opportunities
✅ Coordinate national leads initiative and report on progress
✅ Organize and attend broker events
✅ Provide strategic feedback and share information with brokers
✅ Identify areas for improvement and growth
Key Requirements:
🔑 Qualifications & Experience:

Matric/Grade 12
-
Commercial/Financial or business-related diploma/degree (advantageous)
-
RFP3 or equivalent (120 credits) preferred
-
Experience in the Financial Services (Insurance) marketing/sales environment

Operational management/leadership experience (advantageous)
