🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care

  • Resolve queries using campaign guidelines and scripts

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately

  • Process and manage back-office tasks and customer service requests

  • Collaborate with your team to meet daily KPIs

  • Deliver exceptional service with empathy and efficiency


✅ Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Grade 11 minimum; Matric is advantageous

  • Experience:

    • 6–12 months’ BPO experience (preferably in Utilities)

    • Previous call centre/customer service experience preferred

  • Skills:

    • Excellent verbal & written English communication

    • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

    • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and general computer systems

    • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills

    • Adaptable, coachable, and KPI-driven
