🎯 Role Purpose

As an MCI Service Specialist, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, providing consistent, professional, and high-quality service to clients. Your job is to make investing personal by responding to and resolving client queries through multiple channels – telephone, email, digital platforms, and more.

You’ll need to process instructions accurately and promptly, support digital adoption, and help ensure seamless operations within our vibrant service environment.

βœ” Delivering a personalised and positive client experience across channels
βœ” Handling and resolving product-related queries professionally
βœ” Accurately processing client instructions and documentation
βœ” Training and supporting advisers and channel partners in digital tools
βœ” Promoting client confidentiality and data protection at all times
βœ” Troubleshooting service issues and co-creating digital solutions
βœ” Ensuring compliance with regulatory and product guidelines
βœ” Collaborating with internal teams to build a client-centric centre of excellence
βœ” Meeting individual and team targets for production and quality
βœ” Constantly learning and growing your financial services knowledge


πŸŽ“ Qualifications & Experience

βœ” Grade 12 (with Mathematics and/or Accounting)
βœ” A tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, or Investments – Advantageous
βœ” 2–3 years in the financial services, investment, or insurance industry
βœ” Experience in client service roles within a high-pressure environment
βœ” Knowledge of legislation such as POPIA, FAIS, FICAA, etc.
βœ” Advantageous: Momentum Investments system and product knowledge
βœ” Tech-savvy with excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
βœ” Strong digital proficiency, including navigating dual screens and new platforms
