β Key Responsibilities:

βοΈ Build strong partnerships with internal Learning & Development (L&D) heads to support learnerships, internships, and skills development programs.

βοΈ Collaborate with external stakeholders (SETAs, FET colleges, etc.) to implement programs aligned with the Sectoral Education and Training Authority (SETA) Learning Matrix.
-
βοΈ Secure pivotal and mandatory grants from Banking Sector Education and Training Authority (BankSETA).
-
βοΈ Proactively seek and secure external funding to support the implementation of youth development initiatives.
-
βοΈ Recommend and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and strategic outcomes.
-
βοΈ Contribute to corporate citizenship through green and social responsibility strategies.
π Minimum Requirements:

π Education:
-
Advanced Diploma / National 1st Degree (Essential)
-
Master’s Degree in HR / Learning & Development (Preferred)

π οΈ Experience:
-
5+ years in a corporate L&D environment
-

π§Ύ Certifications:
-
Registered Assessor & Moderator with ETDP SETA
-
πΌ Required Skills & Knowledge:
-
β Deep understanding of Banking & Regulatory Frameworks

β Strong project management and business acumen
-
β Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-
β Knowledge of risk management, relevant systems, and business writing
