βœ… Key Responsibilities:

  • βœ”οΈ Build strong partnerships with internal Learning & Development (L&D) heads to support learnerships, internships, and skills development programs.

  • βœ”οΈ Collaborate with external stakeholders (SETAs, FET colleges, etc.) to implement programs aligned with the Sectoral Education and Training Authority (SETA) Learning Matrix.

  • βœ”οΈ Secure pivotal and mandatory grants from Banking Sector Education and Training Authority (BankSETA).

  • βœ”οΈ Proactively seek and secure external funding to support the implementation of youth development initiatives.

  • βœ”οΈ Recommend and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and strategic outcomes.

  • βœ”οΈ Contribute to corporate citizenship through green and social responsibility strategies.


πŸŽ“ Minimum Requirements:

  • πŸ“˜ Education:

    • Advanced Diploma / National 1st Degree (Essential)

    • Master’s Degree in HR / Learning & Development (Preferred)

  • πŸ› οΈ Experience:

    • 5+ years in a corporate L&D environment

  • 🧾 Certifications:

    • Registered Assessor & Moderator with ETDP SETA


πŸ’Ό Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • βœ… Deep understanding of Banking & Regulatory Frameworks

  • βœ… Strong project management and business acumen

  • βœ… Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • βœ… Knowledge of risk management, relevant systems, and business writing
