🔍 About the Role

Join Tracker, South Africa’s leading intelligent data-driven solutions provider, as a Customer Value Management (CVM) Campaign Specialist. Located at our head office in Johannesburg, this role will be key to enhancing customer engagement and retention through effective CVM campaigns.

As a CVM Specialist, you’ll apply advanced campaign planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to improve performance across the customer lifecycle. You’ll be the go-to expert for campaign strategy, forecasting, and training, ensuring all teams—internal and outsourced—are empowered to deliver exceptional results.


✅ Key Responsibilities

✔️ Campaign Management & Forecasting

  • Design and segment campaigns targeting specific customer lifecycles

  • Develop accurate forecasts and execution strategies

  • Measure and optimise campaign effectiveness

✔️ Data Strategy & Insights

  • Analyse subscriber behaviour and customer data

  • Present data-backed business cases to leadership

  • Support churn prevention and customer retention strategies

✔️ Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Liaise with Finance, BI, Marketing, and Ops to align goals

  • Troubleshoot system queries and support operational processes

  • Identify and fix workflow inefficiencies

✔️ Training & SOP Documentation

  • Train contact centres on systems, processes, and products

  • Develop SOPs and best practices for scalability

  • Provide ongoing coaching to enhance execution


📚 Minimum Requirements

🎓 Education:

  • National Diploma in Call Centre Management, Marketing, or similar (NQF Level 6)

  • FAIS Accreditation and/or RE5 Advantageous

💼 Experience:

  • 3–5 years in contact centre/commercial operations

  • Proficient in data analysis and campaign performance

  • Experience with Excel, QlikSense, and business case creation

  • Training and coaching experience a plus
