🔍 About the Role
Join Tracker, South Africa’s leading intelligent data-driven solutions provider, as a Customer Value Management (CVM) Campaign Specialist. Located at our head office in Johannesburg, this role will be key to enhancing customer engagement and retention through effective CVM campaigns.
As a CVM Specialist, you’ll apply advanced campaign planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to improve performance across the customer lifecycle. You’ll be the go-to expert for campaign strategy, forecasting, and training, ensuring all teams—internal and outsourced—are empowered to deliver exceptional results.
✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Campaign Management & Forecasting

Design and segment campaigns targeting specific customer lifecycles

Develop accurate forecasts and execution strategies

Measure and optimise campaign effectiveness
✔️ Data Strategy & Insights
-
Analyse subscriber behaviour and customer data
-
Present data-backed business cases to leadership
-
Support churn prevention and customer retention strategies
✔️ Stakeholder Collaboration
-
Liaise with Finance, BI, Marketing, and Ops to align goals

Troubleshoot system queries and support operational processes
-
Identify and fix workflow inefficiencies
✔️ Training & SOP Documentation

Train contact centres on systems, processes, and products
-
Develop SOPs and best practices for scalability
-
Provide ongoing coaching to enhance execution
📚 Minimum Requirements
🎓 Education:
-
National Diploma in Call Centre Management, Marketing, or similar (NQF Level 6)
-
FAIS Accreditation and/or RE5 Advantageous
💼 Experience:
-
3–5 years in contact centre/commercial operations
-
Proficient in data analysis and campaign performance
-
Experience with Excel, QlikSense, and business case creation
-
Training and coaching experience a plus
