๐ฏ Key Responsibilities
โ๏ธ Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with small business clients. Be the go-to contact for all corporate and investment banking needs.
โ๏ธ Client Acquisition & Growth
Focus on acquiring new clients, cross-selling products and services to existing clients, and optimising portfolio profitability.
โ๏ธ Service Excellence
Coordinate a cross-functional team (including Credit Analysts, Transactional Bankers, and Product Specialists) to deliver seamless client solutions.
โ๏ธ Risk Management
Take ownership of portfolio risk by aligning client and bank compliance and regulatory standards.
โ๏ธ Strategic Thinking
Contribute to innovative solutions that drive growth and meet the unique needs of your client base.
