🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1st line technical support to internal users, including desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device troubleshooting.

Handle day-to-day IT service requests and incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Assist in user onboarding: setup of new workstations, configuring user accounts, printers, and access permissions.

Resolve common issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking (IP addressing, DNS, VPN).

Maintain accurate records using a ticketing system, ensuring each issue is logged, prioritized, and resolved efficiently.

Support rotational standby shifts (approximately one week per month) for after-hours assistance.
✅ What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a desktop support / IT helpdesk role.

Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting.

Confident in handling workstation setups, basic printer configurations, and user account management.

Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, VPN, IP addressing).

Prior experience with ticketing systems and service documentation.

Ability to work independently and thrive in a culture of accountability.
