🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st line technical support to internal users, including desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device troubleshooting.

  • Handle day-to-day IT service requests and incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

  • Assist in user onboarding: setup of new workstations, configuring user accounts, printers, and access permissions.

  • Resolve common issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking (IP addressing, DNS, VPN).

  • Maintain accurate records using a ticketing system, ensuring each issue is logged, prioritized, and resolved efficiently.

  • Support rotational standby shifts (approximately one week per month) for after-hours assistance.


✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a desktop support / IT helpdesk role.

  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting.

  • Confident in handling workstation setups, basic printer configurations, and user account management.

  • Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, VPN, IP addressing).

  • Prior experience with ticketing systems and service documentation.

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a culture of accountability.
