Job Title: 2026 Jumpstart Internship Program – Emerging Talent Program

Winter Internship Requirement: Shortlisted candidates must successfully complete a 3-week Winter Internship Program during the 2025 university winter vacation period (June 30, 2025 – July 18, 2025).

About the Program: The J.P. Morgan South African franchise invites unemployed graduates to apply for the 2026 Jumpstart Internship Program. As an intern in J.P. Morgan’s Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB), you will gain exposure to a world-class organization within the South African franchise. Interns will join one of our lines of business in Banking, Markets, Operations, Finance, or Technology, and have the opportunity to be mentored by professionals and leaders both locally and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform tasks and receive training as prescribed by the assigned line of business.
Actively participate in projects and assignments from initiation to completion, providing support related to the aligned line of business.

Qualifications and Skills:

Eligibility to work in South Africa.
Final year (2025) Bachelor’s degree student with a strong academic record (all faculties welcome).
Fluency in English.
Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
Good communication and listening skills.
Attention to detail, logical thinking, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and management skills, with the ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
No more than 12 months of work experience.
