What’s the Role?
Are you a skilled Structural Design Engineer looking to take your career to the next level? As part of our Installation System Business Unit, you will work with our proprietary PROFIS MSE (Modular Support Engineering) software under the guidance of the Lead Engineer and Team Leader.
Your role will also involve basic engineering of anchor and direct fastening solutions, collaborating with various Hilti functions such as supply chain, sales, and marketing.

What You Will Do:
✅ Design modular support solutions using PROFIS MSE software.
✅ Provide basic engineering support for anchor and direct fastening solutions.
✅ Prepare engineering reports and generate bills of materials.
✅ Ensure compliance with Hilti’s engineering and safety standards.
✅ Collaborate with global and regional teams (marketing, sales, and logistics).
✅ Apply value engineering principles (technical, commercial, and logistics aspects).

What You Need:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Structural or Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
✔ 5+ years of experience in structural or civil engineering (steel structure experience is a plus).
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural engineering software (R-Stab, SAP2000, STAAD PRO).
✔ Knowledge of BIM, Revit, Navisworks, or Tekla Structures.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to work in a multicultural and collaborative environment.
✔ Fluency in English (written and verbal).
✔ High learning agility and adaptability.
