Key Responsibilities:
✔ Consulting Customers:

Provide solutions to inquiries from customers related to our websites and services.

Deliver fast, accurate, and professional assistance to resolve any issues or concerns.
✔ Customer Retention:

Handle customer issues with a focus on retaining and building trust with our international users.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to long-term satisfaction.
✔ Promote Our Services:

Promote SDG websites to customers when the opportunity arises, fostering awareness of our platforms.

Maintain high service quality while addressing customers’ diverse needs and expectations.
✔ Adaptability & Problem-Solving:

Navigate complex situations, swiftly adapting to various circumstances while offering professional solutions.

Use your problem-solving skills to handle difficult cases and resolve conflicts effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Fluency in English:

Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.

Experience in providing support to international customers.
✔ Fast Typing Skills:

Strong typing speed and accuracy in English, enabling you to assist customers efficiently.
✔ Analytical & Empathetic:

Ability to psychologically analyze situations and respond sensitively to customers’ emotions.

Empathetic, patient, and capable of de-escalating difficult situations.
✔ Quick Learner:

Ability to absorb large volumes of information and apply it to provide effective solutions.
