🌟 Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a vital role in expanding PayJoy’s presence and building strong relationships with retail and distribution partners. You’ll drive business growth by executing sales plans and ensuring customer success across our product portfolio.
📈 Sales Growth & Execution

Implement and manage strategic sales plans to meet business goals.

Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into active partnerships.

Drive retail partner onboarding and activation in alignment with market expansion goals.
🤝 Customer & Partner Relationship Management

Build and maintain relationships with retailers, agents, and regional distributors.

Train and support partners to optimize sales performance and customer experience.

Monitor and assess the effectiveness of partner channels and address gaps in execution.
🔍 Market Intelligence & Reporting

Provide detailed reports on market conditions, competitor activities, and customer insights.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and product) to improve strategy.

Analyze data to make informed decisions and propose process improvements.
🛠 Product & Brand Representation

Be an ambassador for the PayJoy brand in the field.

Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to answer customer and partner queries.

Support promotional campaigns and activations in collaboration with the marketing team.
✅ Minimum Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in telecom, technology, or fintech sectors.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Comfortable with technology, CRM tools, and data-driven decision-making.
