🧾 LEARNERSHIP OVERVIEW

Absa is offering an exciting 12-month Unemployed Learnership Programme for Trainee Face to Face Financial Advisers. This programme is designed for motivated individuals who are eager to build a career in financial services while gaining practical, hands-on workplace experience.

The learnership combines structured learning with real-world exposure, allowing participants to develop professional competencies, customer engagement skills, and sales capability within a regulated banking environment.

📝 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in structured learning and development activities

• Perform day-to-day workplace tasks aligned with training objectives

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance

• Support customer service delivery and team performance

• Complete required administrative duties, tracking, and reporting

• Work sales leads to achieve agreed productivity and performance targets

• Deliver excellent customer experiences and service standards

• Maintain confidentiality of client information and comply with FAIS requirements

🎓 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Requirements

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12 / Matric)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in:
  Accounting
  Finance
  Law
