🧭 Key Responsibilities

• Provide centralised support to business clients through administration, service queries, and daily communication.

• Maintain and monitor business loan portfolios against set credit and risk parameters.

• Identify cross-selling opportunities to add value to client portfolios and enhance client engagement.

• Prepare and motivate credit applications with sound financial analysis and compliance to Capitec’s lending policies.

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients in portfolio management, providing efficient and professional assistance.

• Assist with the collection and verification of FICA and compliance documentation for all transactions.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of all business banking transactions and services.

✅ Minimum Requirements

• Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in a client service or administrative role

  • At least 1 year in a Business Banking environment

  • Proven experience in credit application preparation and motivation

• Education:

  • Diploma in Commerce or Banking (Minimum)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking or Commerce (Ideal)

• Knowledge Areas:

  • General banking products, services, and client value propositions

  • Credit principles and lending practices (including securities and financial statements)

  • FICA and regulatory knowledge

  • Client relationship management principles

  • Risk and industry assessment in business banking
