💡 Role Purpose

As an Account Analyst, your mission is to support the daily management and administration of business banking portfolios. This includes acting as a key point of contact for clients, identifying cross-selling opportunities, maintaining accurate credit portfolios, and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.

You will:

Be office-bound and responsible for managing client queries, requests, and transactional support.
Monitor loan facilities daily, ensuring all conditions are met and risks are mitigated.
Add value by identifying client needs and referring them to the appropriate solutions.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

✅ Provide centralized support for portfolio clients
✅ Handle inbound queries and deliver excellent service
✅ Monitor loan facilities and ensure alignment with credit terms
✅ Assist in preparing and motivating credit applications
✅ Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to add client value
✅ Ensure compliance with FICA and credit policies
✅ Maintain documentation and accurate client records
✅ Support the Relationship Manager with reporting and administrative tasks

🎓 Minimum Qualifications

📘 Required:
✔️ Diploma in Banking, Finance, or Commerce

📗 Preferred:
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Banking or Commerce

💼 Experience Requirements

📌 Minimum:
✔️ 5+ years total experience
✔️ At least 1 year within Business Banking
✔️ Proven ability to prepare and motivate credit applications

🧠 Knowledge & Competencies

📘 Essential:
✔️ Business Banking practices and risks
✔️ Financial and credit principles
✔️ FICA and regulatory knowledge
✔️ Client relationship management
✔️ Business banking administrative procedures
