🌟 Key Responsibilities:

Manage renewals for a portfolio of up to 100 clients.

Identify, promote, and sell new or complementary services to existing clients.

Drive product adoption and facilitate change management initiatives.

Build strong, professional relationships with client stakeholders, including C-suite executives.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and expectations are met.

Lead regular client meetings, workshops, and presentations.

Conduct ongoing needs assessments and align services to client business goals.

Drive customer retention strategies and help boost satisfaction.

Assist clients in resolving issues and enhance their product experience.

Support clients in understanding and utilizing key platform features.

Prioritize client onboarding and optimize it for a seamless experience.

✅ Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (Postgraduate qualification is an advantage).

At least 4–5 years of experience in account management or customer success.

Proven experience in portfolio planning and client relationship management.

Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

High energy, creative thinker, and excellent multitasker.
-
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar.

Knowledge of financial services sectors including retail/commercial banking is a strong plus.

Familiarity with the software development lifecycle is beneficial.
