Key Responsibilities
✅ Sales & Stakeholder Management
-
Own and manage all engagements and relationships with key enterprise customers.

Drive portfolio growth while protecting existing revenue.
-
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solution delivery.
-
Gain deep understanding of client business needs to offer tailored solutions.
-
Develop and maintain account development and sales engagement plans.
-
Proactively identify sales opportunities and close deals.
-
Support finance in managing overdue payments.
-
Ensure products/services are delivered per customer requirements.
-
Manage escalated issues and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
-
Report consistently on customer engagement progress and sales initiatives.
📊 Reporting & Planning
-
Track and forecast sales KPIs and account metrics.
-
Create sales reports, demand plans, and strategic account plans.
-
Provide insights and recommendations based on data and trends.
Minimum Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Postgraduate qualification advantageous).
-
3+ years’ experience as an Account Manager, or 5+ years for Senior Account Manager.
-
Background in ICT, telecommunications, or technology-related industries.
-
Valid driver’s license.
