💼 Your Key Responsibilities

As an Account Manager II, you’ll be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for growth, and serving as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of existing clients. Your main goals will be to maximize retention, increase revenue, and enhance client engagement.

🔍 Core Duties:

  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to become their go-to strategic partner

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your assigned account portfolio
