💼 Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis:
-
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy.

Provide actionable insights to guide business decisions.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Reconciliation Management:
-
Oversee the reconciliation process, especially for foreign currency transactions.
-
Ensure the reconciliation process is accurate, complete, and timely.
-
Resolve discrepancies and improve reconciliation workflows.

Data Management & Process Improvement:
-
Use Excel and pivot tables to handle large datasets and provide data-driven insights.
-
Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements for long-term benefits.

Stakeholder Communication:
-
Simplify complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders and junior team members.
-
Foster communication across departments to ensure smooth collaboration and understanding.

📚 Minimum Requirements:
-
Education:
-
BCom Accounting degree (Non-Negotiable).
-
Registered with SAICA or SAIPA with completed articles.

Experience:
-
1-3 years of post-articles work experience in accounting.
-
Strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
-
Proficiency in Excel and pivot tables for data analysis.

💡 Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with SAP and QlikView is a plus.

Experience in managing large datasets and foreign currency reconciliations.

Team management skills and leadership experience are advantageous.
