💼 Role Overview:

As our Accountant, you’ll play a critical part in supporting our internal financial operations while working closely with our executive team. You will lead accounting functions with a primary focus on:

• Accounts Receivable: Handling customer invoicing with precision and timeliness

• Accounts Payable: Managing vendor payments and expense tracking

• Bookkeeping: Ensuring clean, audit-ready financial records

🧾 Key Responsibilities:

• Generate accurate and timely invoices for clients

• Manage and execute vendor payments, ensuring compliance with financial policies

• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks using tools like QuickBooks

• Track income and expenditures across projects

• Collaborate with executives to refine finance workflows

• Support the preparation of financial statements and audit reports

• Suggest and implement improvements to internal processes

✅ Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of full-time Accounting experience

• Minimum 3+ years in Accounts Receivable, Payable, and Bookkeeping

• At least 1 year of experience in a Staffing/Staff Augmentation agency

• Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken)

• Ability to work effectively within US business hours

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines

• Proactive, self-starter attitude with a focus on continuous improvement

• Experience using QuickBooks or other accounting software

• Prior administrative experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
