π Introduction
Join a leading refinery in Milnerton as an Administrative Assistant supporting the Reliability & Maintenance (R&M) Leadership team. This role provides comprehensive administrative and technical support, ensuring smooth operations and assisting in reporting, performance tracking, and process improvement initiatives.
π― Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and technical support to the R&M Manager and Leadership team.

Manage calendars, arrange guest access, travel, and meetings for the R&M Manager.

Prepare slide decks, reports, and presentations for meetings, classes, and townhalls.

Assist with Travel and Entertainment claims (T Card) and manage overtime, standby, and KM travel claims.

Create purchase requisitions and service sheets in Ariba, and assist with departmental procurement compliance.

Maintain and update staff records, contact details, and PPE distribution.

Manage the departmentβs website and ensure CDMS documentation is updated.

Facilitate performance management sessions, quarterly townhalls, and ad hoc statistics reporting.

Support manpower processes and basic notifications/material reservations in SAP Systm.

Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facility standards.
π Skills & Qualifications
Professional Qualifications:

Minimum Matric / NQF 4 with proven experience in a similar role.

Preferred: N.Dip (NQF 5), tertiary certificate, or Degree.
Knowledge & Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong planning, organizing, and multitasking abilities.

Good interpersonal and communication skills across diverse teams.

Learning agility and adaptability.
