Key Responsibilities

Serve as the front-of-house representative, greeting all visitors with professionalism and warmth.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Home Manager and team.

Handle reception duties, manage correspondence, and maintain filing systems.

Assist with basic financial administration tasks.

Enforce and monitor infection control protocols for all incoming visitors.

Coordinate COVID testing requirements and courier logistics when necessary.
-
Support planning and execution of events such as resident birthdays, staff milestones, and community celebrations.

Assist the Activities Coordinator in creating a fun, inclusive environment for residents.
What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in an administrative or reception-based role (healthcare experience a plus).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work with sensitivity and discretion in a residential care environment.

Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

A positive attitude, high level of integrity, and team spirit.
