Position Overview

As an Admin Assistant at iStore Clearwater, you will support the Admin/Operations Manager in managing daily operational tasks, stock control, asset management, and ensuring that all policies, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed. This is a key administrative role that helps minimize risk and ensures smooth operations in our retail environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Stock Control & Asset Management: Assist in managing stock and ensuring proper control to prevent loss or damage.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with iStore policies and procedures, maintaining high standards for operational activities.
  • Operational Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Admin/Operations Manager, ensuring a smooth workflow in-store.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, assets, and other critical operational data.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with store teams to align operational tasks with organizational goals and ensure effective communication within the team.

What You Need to Succeed

Qualifications

  • Completed Matric (Grade 12)
  • Tertiary Qualification (Advantageous)

Experience

  • 1+ years of administrative experience in a retail environment or a relevant degree
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in any industry (retail experience is preferred but not required)
