Position Overview
As an Admin Assistant at iStore Clearwater, you will play a vital role in supporting the Admin/Operations Manager. You’ll be responsible for stock control, asset management, and assisting in the implementation of processes to minimize risks. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with iStore’s policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities
✔ Support the Admin/Operations Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks.
✔ Assist in stock control and asset management to minimize operational risks.
✔ Ensure compliance with iStore policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
✔ Manage internal communications and maintain an organized filing system.
✔ Collaborate with various teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements
✅ Completed Matric (Tertiary Qualification is advantageous)
✅ 1+ years of admin experience in a retail environment or a degree
✅ 2+ years of admin experience in a different industry
✅ Strong communication skills for effective interaction across teams
✅ Excellent organizational and planning abilities
✅ Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm, tenacity, and urgency in achieving results
✅ Proactive approach to situational awareness and problem-solving
