π§Ύ About the Role
Premier FMCG is seeking a detail-oriented and deadline-driven Admin Clerk to join the Milling Admin team at our Meadowview Depot in Lords View, Gauteng. This role plays a critical function in ensuring the accurate processing of financial documentation, managing proof of delivery (POD) verification, and supporting administrative workflows that uphold operational efficiency and compliance.

π§ Key Responsibilities

Process daily credit notes for product returns, verifying documentation and resolving inconsistencies promptly.

Validate, scan, and mark off proof of deliveries (PODs) in the system to ensure audit compliance.

Resolve customer or logistics queries via telephone or written communication within 24 hours.

Conduct weekly checks on POD reports to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Prepare, file, and archive financial documents for auditing and storage purposes.

Provide ad-hoc admin support to the Milling Admin team as required by management.
π Qualification Requirements

Matric with Accounting as a subject is essential.

A Diploma in Finance or Administration is advantageous.
πΌ Experience Requirements

Minimum of 3 yearsβ experience in an FMCG, supply chain, or financial administration environment.
