📌 About the Role
As the Admin & Customer Service Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of Mao’s customer-facing and administrative operations. This dual-function role requires a highly organized, service-driven professional who can inspire teams, manage performance, and enhance both customer satisfaction and internal administrative systems.
You’ll report to senior management and play a pivotal role in streamlining operations, ensuring compliance, and building a culture of excellence within both the admin and customer service departments.
💼 Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Customer Service and Administrative teams

Develop, implement, and optimize internal administrative procedures

Oversee the end-to-end customer service process to ensure satisfaction and timely resolutions

Implement strategies to improve service delivery and operational performance
-
Handle escalated customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
-
Monitor and analyze KPIs for both teams, using data to drive continuous improvements
-
Train, mentor, and coach team members to reach their full potential

Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and information exchange

Maintain accurate records and generate regular management reports
✅ Minimum Requirements

Matric certificate (essential)
-
Relevant qualification in administration, customer service, or business management (advantageous)

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar dual-role capacity (admin and customer service management)

Proven leadership and team management experience

Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills

Hands-on experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity
