🧾 Key Duties and Responsibilities
As an Administration Intern, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Delivering front-desk support and customer service to students and staff

Assisting with the processing and filing of student records

Supporting general office administration tasks

Handling ad hoc duties as required by your supervisor or the department
You will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining insight into the administrative backbone of a large academic institution.
🎓 Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the UKZN Administration Internship, applicants must:

Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration or a related field (NQF Level 7)

Be unemployed and between the ages of 18 and 35
-
Be available for the full 24-month internship duration

Have no prior full-time employment related to their field of study
