Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily court recordings

Prepare and set up recording equipment and microphones

Record court proceedings accurately

Report equipment malfunctions and technical issues

Manage transcription requests and record time spent per case

Ensure integrity and security of digital court records

Capture case details daily on ECMS/ICMS systems

Prepare court records for appeal and review

Support general case flow management

Perform additional administrative duties as directed by the Court Manager
Qualifications
Education

Grade 12 / Matric Certificate or equivalent qualification
Experience
