Relay Jeans, part of TFG (The Foschini Group), is looking for a highly organized and motivated Administration Controller to join their dynamic team at Golden Walk, Johannesburg. Key Responsibilities:

Stock Management: Assist the Store Manager with stock takes, monitor and analyze stock movement within the store.
Risk Management: Implement risk management procedures to reduce stock losses and shrinkage, ensuring compliance with all procedures.
Administration & Reporting: Ensure proper administration of store systems and reporting processes. Extract and analyze store reports to track turnover and stock performance.
Cash and Transactional Control: Monitor and control cash and transactional activities in line with company procedures.
Customer Service Excellence: Process customer transactions via the POS system and engage with customers to identify needs and build loyalty.
Visual Merchandising: Adhere to visual merchandising principles and maintain store housekeeping standards.
Teamwork: Collaborate with your team to meet sales targets and implement store objectives. Stay updated with the latest fashion trends to guide customer choices.
Customer Loyalty Programs: Promote customer reward programs to boost customer retention.
Shift Flexibility: Be available to work shifts as needed, ensuring smooth operations.
Safety & Security: Uphold in-store safety and security procedures, ensuring a safe shopping environment.


Qualifications & Skills:

🎓 Educational Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification is a must.

  • Minimum 3 years of retail or admin experience in a similar environment.

🔧 Required Skills:

  • Interest in fashion and an eye for trends.

  • Strong administration skills and ability to handle stock and reports efficiently.

  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build relationships and increase loyalty.

  • Computer literate with knowledge of retail systems (POS).

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, taking initiative to resolve issues promptly.

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
