Responsibilities:

📊 Stock Management: Assist the store manager with stock-taking, monitor stock movement, and implement risk management procedures to prevent stock losses.
-
📈 Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports to analyze store turnover and stock performance, presenting insights to the store manager.
-
💰 Transactional Activities: Oversee cash handling, customer transactions via POS, and ensure compliance with administrative and reporting systems.
-
🚨 Safety & Security: Uphold in-store safety, security procedures, and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
-
💬 Customer Engagement: Identify customer needs and establish loyalty by promoting reward programs, enhancing customer experience, and increasing sales.

📚 Teamwork & Sales: Work within a team to meet sales targets and contribute to the store’s success.
Qualifications:

🎓 Education: A Grade 12 qualification is required.
-
🛍️ Experience: Minimum of 3 years in retail or administration.
-
🧑💻 Skills:

Strong administration ability.
-
Interest in fashion and customer service.
-
Proficient computer skills and ability to handle pressure.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.
