🎓 About the Administration Learnership Programme

Sasol is proud to offer an Administration Learnership opportunity dedicated to people living with disabilities. This 12-month fixed-term learnership combines structured theoretical learning with hands-on, practical workplace experience.

The programme is aligned to an NQF Level Learnership and is ideal for individuals with a Grade 12 / Matric certificate who are seeking to build professional skills and launch a career in administration.


📘 What You Will Learn

The theoretical training will include:

  • Entrepreneurship & Business Operations

  • Customer Service & Business Communication

  • Basic Accounting & Math Literacy

  • Computer Skills & Microsoft Office

The workplace experience will provide learners with:

  • Real-world administrative responsibilities

  • Hands-on support to teams and managers

  • Work readiness preparation and coaching

  • Participate fully in all theoretical and workplace learning modules

  • Complete all assessments as part of the learnership

  • Engage in professional development and on-the-job training

  • Provide administrative support to enhance operational efficiency

📄 Minimum Requirements
