Innomotics is searching for an experienced and proactive Administration Manager – People & Organisation (P&O) to join our South African team in Midrand. This role plays a key part in shaping a compliant, efficient, and people-centered HR environment aligned with our global people strategy. You’ll be at the heart of driving organizational change, supporting recruitment, payroll, B-BBEE compliance, and people development.


πŸ”§ Key Responsibilities

  • Drive local implementation of P&O programs, including recruitment, compensation, learning & development, and organizational change.

  • Support line managers during the recruitment process (candidate screening, interviews, contracts).

  • Oversee compliance with B-BBEE Skills Development and Employment Equity reporting and implementation.

  • Ensure accurate and compliant payroll preparation, personnel records, and reporting.

  • Support key HR processes including annual increases, bursaries, learnerships, and special projects.

  • Maintain and improve internal HR administrative systems and data accuracy.

  • A tertiary qualification in People and Organisation / Human Resources / Administration Management.

  • Proven experience in P&O administration within a corporate South African setting.

  • Strong knowledge of local employment regulations, B-BBEE, and Employment Equity legislation.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, ERP, and HRIS tools.

  • Passionate team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
